Yes. You can have your rent auto debited from your bank account on the first of each month. Log in to your resident portal and securely add the bank account and bank routing numbers. Once the bank has been validated, you can schedule payments online each month or you can set it up so that it automatically debits your checking account.
To save us both time and money- ACH will be an option in your portal or direct from your bank. For your convenience, you can also pay rent online. or I have Zelle and Cash App
