Unless your lease says differently, rent is due five days prior on the first of each month. Please make sure to schedule your online payment or send your check a couple days before the first of the month to make sure it arrives on time.
Yes. You can have your rent auto debited from your bank account before rent is due each month. Log in to your resident portal and securely add the bank account and bank routing numbers. Once the bank has been validated, you can schedule payments online each month or you can set it up so that it automatically debits your checking account.
All electronic checks should be made payable to Modern Charm Stays, LLC. We accept Zelle, PayPal and Wise. For your convenience, you can pay rent online and if approved, request payment plans.
