Unless your lease says differently, rent is due on the first of each month and late after the third. Please make sure to schedule your online payment a couple of days before the first of the month to make sure it arrives on time. Late charges will accrue after the third day.
Yes. You can have your rent auto-debited from your bank account on the first of each month. Log in to your resident portal and securely enter your bank account and routing numbers. Once the bank is validated, you can schedule payments online each month or set it up to automatically debit your checking account.
