Unless your lease says differently, rent is due on the first of each month. Please make sure to schedule your online payment or send your check a couple days before the first of the month to make sure it arrives on time.
Yes. You can have your rent auto debited from your bank account on the first of each month. Log in to your resident portal and securely add the bank account and bank routing numbers. Once the bank has been validated, you can schedule payments online each month or you can set it up so that it automatically debits your checking account.
All checks should be made payable to H2 Space LLC. Send any checks to 7410 Add Dr Falls Church, VA, 22042. For your convenience, you can also pay rent online.
