I am in the military and work takes me to a lot of different places. This Atchison property was a very convenient short drive to Ft. Leavenworth. It's nice to get away from post and unwind. Atchison offers plenty to do, from hiking, to wine tasting, or just enjoying the local pub. The small town atmosphere and proximity to Kansas City was fantastic. The Beatha team are veterans themselves and were amazing to rent from and very accomodating. I would highly recommend to my military brothers and sisters to give them a call!

Unless your lease says differently, rent is due on the first of each month. Please make sure to schedule your online payment or send your check a couple days before the first of the month to make sure it arrives on time.
Yes. You can have your rent auto debited from your bank account on the first of each month. Log in to your resident portal and securely add the bank account and bank routing numbers. Once the bank has been validated, you can schedule payments online each month or you can set it up so that it automatically debits your checking account.
