Security Gates or Bars

The installation by the Tenant of any metal gates or bars on doors or windows is dangerous and strictly prohibited. The Tenant shall immediately remove any metal gates or bars upon notice by the Landlord. The Landlord shall have the right to immediately remove any metal gates or bars at the Tenant's expense if Tenant fails to do so upon notice. The Tenant grants the Landlord access to the Premises at all reasonable times to remove metal gates or bars. In addition to all the costs of enforcement of this provision, the Tenant shall pay the cost of repairing any damage to the Premises caused by the installation or removal of the metal gates or bars upon demand by the Landlord. In addition to the preceding, the installation of metal gates or bars is a breach of this Lease, entitling the Landlord to terminate the Tenant's right to possession of the Premises pursuant to this Lease and commence proceedings to dispossess the Tenant from the Premises. In the event an attorney is needed to enforce this provision, the court may award the Landlord attorneys along with damages.
