Landlord shall not be liable for any damage caused by the failure of Tenant, Tenant’s family, or Tenant’s guest, to fulfill Tenant’s duties under K.S.A § 58-2555; for any loss or damage to Tenant's property wherever located in or about the building or Premises; or acts or neglect of other tenants, occupants, or others at the building.
