The property is available late May and I'm looking for responsible tenants that will respect the property and neighbors. I'm sorry, but the enclosed garage is not available for use. There is room for 1 car in the driveway and there is street parking.

Tenants pay for all utilities, including natural gas and sewer. Pool and yard services are included in the rent.

Renter's Insurance is required.

Smoking cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, marijuana (medicinal or not) are NOT allowed on the property.

Pets are negotiable.

The rent and security deposit are the same: $4500.00. The first month's rent and security deposit have to be paid in the form of a cashier's check, money order, cash, or using a cash app, such as Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle. Thereafter, the rent can be paid by personal check or any of the cash apps I mentioned.
