Ideally suited for a single person without pets. A cat or lap dog might be considered for someone who works from home, or takes their ESA to the office. Unattended barking dogs are not welcomed. This is a nice quiet neighborhood and, we would like to do our best to keep it that way. We are dog lovers, and don't care to see a furry friend cooped up in such a small space all day.
