The Oak & Anchor Collective House is a beautiful space that will take the everyday home stresses out of your living situation. We have a proven model of Coliving that will provide you the privacy of an apartment, while also creating more community in your life through the sharing of common spaces with the other residents.

We have a large, quiet ranch house in one of the most desirable areas on the Central Coast. Enjoy views of the famous Hollister Peak and Cerro Cabrillo mountains while relaxing on one of the many decks on the property. We are a bird sanctuary with Wild Turkeys, Ravens, Blue Herons, Snow Egrets, hummingbirds and many other birds walking and flying around the property daily. We also have deer on the property daily.

We are less than a mile from the Morro Bay State Park and the Morro Bay Harbor. We are five miles from Cuesta College and nine miles from Cal Poly. We have mild weather most of the year, we get sun during the day when Morro Bay is fogged in, yet we still have the ocean breeze.

We currently have multiple units available, some with private bathrooms and some with shared bathrooms. We recommend you take a tour to find a unit that works best for you and your budget. The residents share a large, eat in, commercial kitchen, equipped with all stainless steel appliances and counters.

We have a bi-weekly professional cleaning service that cleans all of the common areas, the kitchen and common bathrooms. Unfortunately, you are still expected to cleanup after yourself, I know, bummer.

If you are a Traveling Nurse/Student/Remote Tech Employee ect. We can furnish a unit for you, for a fee. You can choose from two decor styles: Mid Century Modern or Farmhouse Modern.

The Oak & Anchor Collective House is not run by a property management company, it is run by the owners. We have never liked the business model of Property Management Companies, so, we don't charge fees, we do not profit off of our application process and we consider all renters based on character, not credit score. Dirty Hands = Clean Money.

While we can understand some people's enthusiasm, we would appreciate it if you did not come on to the property without an appointment.
