* Households must meet both of the following income criteria:
** 1) Combined monthly gross income must be at least 2.75x the rent, and
** 2) Combined monthly debt (including rent, car payments, loans, etc.) must be no more than 50% of total gross income.
* No evictions or unlawful detainers in the past 7 years.
* Positive references from current/previous landlords and employers are required. Incomplete or inaccurate info may result in denial.
* Smoking policy: This is a non-smoking property no smoking anywhere on the premises.
* Pet policy: Pet cats are allowed on a case-by-case basis. Additional Pet Deposit: $500/pet. Additional Pet Rent: $25/month per pet. We accept reasonable accommodation requests for assistance animals (e.g., service or emotional support animals). Documentation for assistance animals must comply with applicable laws. All animals will be screened for rental history.
