This is an older condo building that has thick walls, so you rarely - if ever - hear your neighbors. Shared laundry is in the basement. The condo is self-managed by the owners, and we live only a few blocks away. Most maintenance issues can be handled quickly and easily by the on-site building maintenance staff.

Three large closets plus an Ikea Pax wardrobe system in the bedroom give you a ton of storage. The large (16x11) bedroom can fit a king-size bed. The large (8x5) balcony is a great place to cultivate plants or enjoy the afternoon sun.

Requirements for renting include references, a credit check, a W-2, pay stubs, and one month’s rent as a security deposit. Applicants should generally have a gross household income of at least 3 times the monthly rent, though other factors, such as assets, savings, credit history, or a guarantor, may be considered. We comply with all District of Columbia fair housing and source-of-income laws.

There is a weekday move-in fee of $550.00; on Saturdays, it's $600. Fee includes sole use of one elevator, floor mats, and a security guard. There is also a $750 refundable damage deposit. These fees are paid directly to the condo building, not to the landlord.
