The house:

-Furnished common areas, which include furniture, decor, cookware, and commonly used dishes
-Large private backyard with poured patio and patio set
-Outside shed for extra storage
-Roomba automated floor cleaning 2x/week
-Professional landscaping, no yard work required
-Central monitoring security system
-Central air conditioning and heat
-Parking (1 vehicle per resident)

Costs:
-$625/month rent
-Utilities split evenly among all housemates, typically $85-$125/person/month (varies by season and occupancy)
-Estimated all-in: ~$710-$750/month, which is well below comparable housing options in Charlotte
-Security deposit: 1 month's rent, due at lease signing
-Utilities due the 20th of each month

Lease terms:
-Month-to-month (6+ months preferred; longer leases given priority)
-3rd-party background check and income verification required
