No smoking, no vaping, no pets, no storage. There is on-site parking. This home is located in a gated community with lovely views and quiet neighbors. The house has a large deck and a private front patio/yard. Downstairs are polished concrete floors and upstairs is bamboo flooring. Rooms get good light. There's a full-size bed in the upstairs bedroom, which has an attached sitting room. There's a queen bed in one of the downstairs bedrooms and two twin-size beds in the other. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is geothermal heating, and the downstairs living area is wheelchair/walker accessible. Please submit the form on this page to learn more. First month's rent, a refundable $1000 security deposit, and a nonrefundable $300 cleaning deposit is required (though we've returned the cleaning deposit before to great renters who left the home in move-in condition). Background check required, and will accept one already done for employment. Current references and proof of income are also required. All utilities and Wi-Fi included in the rent, except propane for the gas stove and the gas fireplace. We'll start you off with a full tank, and you'll top it off so it's full when you leave.
