looking for a house mate (male or female) for 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in midtown fort collins, near drake and shields to share the house with 3 other 20-30 somethings. Since this house may be cross listed, I want to be clear that this is for a single person in the third bedroom, not the entire house. Close to CSU and FRCC. $700 per month plus split utilities. House fully furnished, the available room has a full bed, dresser, and desk. Shared bathroom. Street parking. Lawn is cared for. house shared with 2 young gentlemen and one young lady. Refundable $500 security and damage deposit. Prefer one year lease, but can be flexible- Compatibility with housemates is the highest priority. No smoking inside house, no pets please. Quiet neighborhood with big fenced in yard. 2 car garage already occupied, but street parking available. House purchased and renovated in 2019.
