You will be sharing the house with me (68-year old female).

— You must be 55+ to live in this gated senior community in Camarillo.
— Looking for a 12-month renter, and possibly longer.
— You'll have kitchen & laundry privileges, high-speed WiFi, and lots of street parking.
— Utilities included.
— Room easily fits a queen-size bed, plus other furniture (despite twin bed shown in photos).
— I have a cat who is a cuddler. If you’re allergic, this isn't the home for you. Prefer no other pets, but may consider a cat or small dog.
— No parties, no visitors, no overnight guests.

Let me know if you want to come check it out. I prefer to meet at a local Starbucks first just to be sure neither one of us is a serial killer! I'm sure you understand! I will also require references.
