Looking for CLEAN, responsible, non-smoking professionals / students to share a friendly, relaxed household with other young students and professionals who live together amicably. Seeking tenants who are clean, tidy, considerate, quiet, and respect each another's privacy. Household cleaning of common areas are shared by tenants to keep the living environment clean and pleasant.

THE ROOMS: Bright, clean room with plenty of light. Located in a great commercial/residential neighborhood area. Hardwood floors. Furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and closet in each room.

KITCHEN: Clean, remodeled kitchen. Have some cooking and eating utensils.

BATHROOMS: 2.5 clean, remodeled bathrooms for sharing.

BONUSES:
Great location in a vibrant neighborhood. Easy access to public transportation for UCSF, City College, USF, SFSU, and downtown. One block from the N-Judah train and #29 bus, also other bus lines within a few blocks.

Grocery store only one block away. Many eateries nearby within 2-5 minutes of walking distance.

Walking distance to the Golden Gate Park and ocean beach.

Washer/dryer (coin-operated) on premise.

UTILITIES: Covers electricity, gas, internet, water, and garbage ($150 per person, additional to monthly rent).

MONTHLY RENT: $1,350/small room and $1,550/bigger room + additional $150 for utilities/person/month extra. Utilities includes water, PGE, garbage and the internet WiFi.

MOVE-IN COSTS: 12-month lease. First and last month rent, $500 (refundable) security deposit, $200 move-out cleaning fee (non-refundable). Leases shorter than 12-months will carry a short term lease fee of $100/monthly rent in addition to the regular monthly rent.

- Be courteous with other housemates
