I have one room available in my 3 bed 2ba apt. The condo is in a great location, it borders the neighborhoods of Uptown, Ravenswood, and Andersonville and is a 5 min walk to the redine and a 10 min walk to the Metra. There are several shops, restaurants, and bars in the area, it's close to the lake, concert venues, little Chinatown, and Wrigley!
The room is queen sized, with organized closet space. The common areas are furnished and there is plenty of storage in the unit.
I am a 31 yr old nurse and enjoy yoga, running, trying new restaurants, and game nights. I work 3 -4 12 hr night shifts/wk so am not home a lot. Adam is 25, originally from Oregon, and works in quality assurance 9-5. We are both social, clean, and respectfuI, we are looking for roommates similar in age (20s-30s). We both have super friendly dogs so must be a dog lover and unfortunately no more pets.
