Furnished room for rent,with all included. Available now.Please read whole ad ,it has lots of information, that will answer your questions. There is a lock on the to room ,I have included small fridge , Internet, I clean all except your personal space, close to downtown ,bus, hospital and laundromat. You of course supply your own food, and clean your dishes and personal space.. 600 per month...and 600.00 Security deposit . We can talk about different rent payments after that first month.There are common areas ,beautiful back yard ,gardens porch to sit and plenty of extras. Cleaning will be done by me in all areas except your own personal area, so no drama. Room has a double bed ,two large closets with draws built in.
I have two cats, so no other animal's will be added. I keep box clean ,one cat is very old. 
There is parking, a long driveway arrangements for parking will have to be agreed upon by all again, so no drama. Home is not a party house ,but not a prison either ,no drama No smoking inside, but ok for outside, if it is not in excess. I am allergic to cigarette smoke. Also large drinkers please do not apply. I have my grandchildren here at times and will not tolerate any behavior that makes them uncomfortable. You pretty much have a nice clean home , with basically no chores for you. , just clean your own dishes and personal space. I am very easy to get along with as long as the rules are followed,don't worry they are just common courtesy rules . I have tried to put as much in here as possible, I am home and do not need stress. Again we can discuss when I meet you.. 

I AM looking for someone who I prefer works, I of course, still will consider other situations. I 
Need to have references,been burned before, do not need drama.. .Again NO HEAVY DRINKERS, or Heavy smokers apply PLEASE, very sensitive to smells lo. Please be truthful about your situation .Need to be rented asap.
